Therapy for People Going Through It

I mix practical neuroscience and psychology with a dash of irreverent humor and a dollop of ancient wisdom—because we humans have been around for a while now, and we’ve learned a lot from all that living.

Sessions feel relaxed, optimistic, and totally focused on what makes you thrive (and, of course, rooting out what’s harshing your vibe).

We’re both experts here: you know yourself the best, and I know my craft. I nerd out on all aspects of the human experience and helping people enjoy their time on earth: trials, tribulations, treasures, and troughs.

My goals are to learn from you and alongside you, to (re)connect you to your intuitive wisdom and innate wholeness, and have you leaving each session with a bit more clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.

Worried there’s something about you that I couldn’t possibly understand? A part of you that you’re afraid to express? Bring it.

All of you is welcome here.

I meditate. A lot. In a lot of different ways.

I’ve been meditating formally since I was 18. I would love to introduce you to some practices so you can find a thing or two (or five) you can stick with or come back to when you need it.

It will change your life.

I’ve been meditating informally since I can remember. And one of my favorite things is to adapt formal meditation practices into practical, everyday applications.

Let me teach you micro-meditations and mindfulness practices you can do anytime, anywhere to help you level up or level out.

Not ready to try even a tiny meditative practice? Not interested? No worries—You’ll still reap the benefits of having a therapist who’s deep into meditative play.
